Ever wondered how the medical systems run and who are the people who run the systems. Most of the government hospitals are run by some army personnel known in hospitals as directors who don’t have any formal training in administrative abilities. In private hospitals it is run on a trail and error base from one medical doctor to another. Except for a few corporate hospitals the medical system is basically flawed, where the health care needs for the patients are barely met. Yet the system is been running for years without anyone complaining. The doctors themselves are very deprived regarding their salaries and facilities they get. More on this in the next post.
